USA COMPETITIVE SWIM TEAM
The Texas Elite Competitive Team is a comprehensive year-round program (September-July) that features frequent sessions in the pool to develop the muscle memory and coordination essential to fast swimming. Additionally, our program places a strong emphasis on age appropriate dryland training to develop overall athleticism.
The Competitive Team is divided into swim groups based on age and ability level. Swim Groups are progressive with beginner groups focusing primarily on technique development. As swimmers advance throughout the program, duration and frequency of practices will increase along with an increased concentration on conditioning.
ANNUAL TEAM REGISTRATION $150
1 swim suit, 2 swim caps, and 2 team shirts.
Swimmers will also be required to register with USA Swimming $98
SWIM MEETS
Competitive Team swimmers will have the opportunity to participate in one swim meet per month. Meet fees vary by meet and will be detailed within each meet announcement.
